  • Your first session focuses on getting to know you and your story. I’ll guide you through an intake process, referencing what you’ve shared in your intake form, and giving you space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to work on.

    Therapy is a collaborative, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely. We always move at your pace.

    After sessions, you may receive personalised reflections or practices to consider between appointments, depending on what feels helpful for you.

  • A typical therapy session lasts around 50 minutes.

  • Yes, all client records are stored securely, with strict measures in place to protect your privacy. What you share in session is entirely confidential, except in rare situations where I’m legally required to report—for example, if there’s a risk of serious harm.

    While I’m not available for ongoing support between appointments, I’m always happy to help with any follow-up questions or clarifications.

  • For appointments, please enquire here or book a session online using the online booking system.

  • No, a referral is not necessary to book an appointment.

  • At this time, insurance cannot be claimed for our sessions.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

    A friendly reminder will be sent 72 hours before your appointment — just in case you do need to reschedule or cancel.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
